Peter, Andrew, James, and John

 • Series: Early Childhood (Birth - 5 Years Old)

In this week's BridgeKids' Adventure Preschool, we learn about some of the first people who followed Jesus. We call them the disciples. One day Jesus was walking near the water, and He saw two brothers named Peter and Andrew. They were fishermen. While they were fishing, Jesus walked up to them and said, ‘Follow Me!’ Peter and Andrew stopped what they were doing and went to follow Jesus! Then, Jesus saw two more brothers named James and John. They were fishermen too! When Jesus saw James and John, He went to them and said: ‘Follow Me!’ So, James and John stopped what they were doing and followed Jesus too! Jesus loved Peter, Andrew, James, and John, and Jesus wanted them to follow Him because Jesus loves everyone! Who does Jesus love? Jesus loves everyone! Today’s Bible Story: Jesus says, “Follow Me.” Peter, Andrew, James, and John • Matthew 4:18-22 Memory Verse: “Love each other in the same way I have loved you.” John 15:12, NLT Key Question: Who does Jesus love? Bottom Line: Jesus loves everyone. Basic Truth: Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
