The GRACISM Academy for Young Leaders exists to build into the next generation of leaders & artists at Bridgeway (ages 18-28). We do this by taking you on an 8-month journey to connect more deeply with Jesus, your God-given purpose, and your fellow cohort members. In a hurting and divided world, God calls us to be people of grace and peace, agents of reconciliation and renewal who make it better. But it starts with us.

• Access to an intimate and diverse community of peers  who are all committed to growing in their knowledge of themselves, their relationship with each other, and their faith in Jesus.  
• Relevant teaching on each of the "Eight Sayings of a Gracist," exploring how we can be people of justice, reconciliation, and inclusion in our daily lives. 
• Training in transformative spiritual practices to steep our lives in the presence and power of God.
• Immersive learning experiences and unique opportunities to engage with diverse leaders striving for racial-righteousness. 
• Key guidance and deep community as participants work to grow into their calling and cultivate spaces of inclusion wherever they lead, live, and learn. 

TUITION & ENROLLMENT 

This program costs $1,000. This covers the cost of meals, materials, meeting space, and transportation for off-site learning experiences. HOWEVER, Bridgeway has generously agreed to bestow up to an $800 scholarship upon every student accepted into the program, as need requires.
