By requesting to become a partner at Bridgeway, do you affirm the following?

I affirm that I have believed in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior *

I affirm that I am committed to engaging in a dynamic, growing, and obedient relationship with God *

I affirm that I am informed and in acceptance of Bridgeway's statements, and structure, including the policy on church discipline *

I affirm that I am now led by the Holy Spirit to declare Bridgeway Church my church home and make the Partnership Commitment. *

Partnership Requirements and Important Dates

In order to become a partner at Bridgeway Community Church, please answer the following questions.

Have you been baptized as a believer demonstrating your faith in Christ? *

Have you attended the Partnership Download Class and read the Partnership Packet *

Have you attended a S.H.A.P.E seminar *

Partnership Covenant

In partnering with Bridgeway, I am committing myself to God and to the other partners by actively taking responsibility to the following.

I commit to protecting the unity of my church *

- By acting in love toward others.
- By refusing to gossip.
- By following the leaders.

I commit to share the responsibility of my church *

- By praying for its growth.
- By inviting the unchurched to attend.
- By warmly welcoming those who visit.
- By giving regularly.
- By attending Partnership Meetings.

I commit to serve the ministry of my church *

- By discovering and using my gifts and talents.
- By being equipped to serve by other ministries.
- By developing a servant's heart by serving regularly and consistently.
