ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Two-Adult Rule *

I will adhere to the policy of maintaining a minimum of two background approved adult BridgeKids team members in every classroom, and any other area of the church premises, where children are located within the ministries of BridgeKids at all times.

Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect *

I acknowledge it is my duty and responsibility to immediately report any suspected child abuse/neglect to a BridgeKids Staff member.

BridgeKids Orientation *

I will attend the BridgeKids Orientation within 60 days of my serving start date.
